phdarna reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your phdarna account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phdarna's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
